What happened to my Loyalty Rewards points?

Great news! If you had points in your account in June of 2024, your loyalty points have been retained and will be added back to your account no late than March 15th, 2026.  

With our new direct ship shopping experience launching in March 2026, you can redeem your points toward purchases on our website.

We've extended the expiration date on all existing points by 12 months from our launch date to ensure you have plenty of time to use them. Log into your account at Monrovia.com to view your current points balance.
