As a wholesale grower, we ship our plants to garden centers and Lowe’s throughout the country. Plants are living things, and growth can be greatly affected by how they are maintained and where they are planted. Once a plant leaves our nursery, we can no longer control sun exposure, watering, or soil mix where the plant is planted—all of these conditions can affect growth, disease and pest resistance and the ability of the plant to thrive. If you believe your plant was mislabeled, please provide a photo of the bloom and the tag, and send us that information at consumercare@monrovia.com. We will refund plants that have been mislabeled.
