How do I get a refund?

As a wholesale grower, we ship our plants to garden centers and Lowe’s throughout the country. Plants are living things, and growth can be greatly affected by how they are maintained and where they are planted.  Once a plant leaves our nursery, we can no longer control sun exposure, watering, or soil mix where the plant is planted—all of these conditions can affect growth, disease and pest resistance and the ability of the plant to thrive.   Please check the plant care information on our website for essential information in growing your plant. If you purchased a Monrovia plant at Lowe’s: 

Lowe's refund policy will vary by store location. Lowe's is responsible for returns on plants purchased at their stores. Return to the store where you purchased the plant. Depending on the store location, plants can be refunded or exchanged from  90 days up to 1 year after the plant purchase.

If you purchased a Monrovia plant at an Independent Garden Center: 

Garden Center refund policy will vary depending on the store. Garden Centers are responsible for returns on plants purchase at their stores. Return to the retailer where you purchased the plant. Most will give you a refund or exchange for another plant within a reasonable time period. 

If you purchased at Farmer’s Market or other location: 

We only sell our plants through independent garden centers or Lowe’s. If you bought a plant in a Monrovia container at another location, it’s likely the container was recycled and the plant isn’t ours. We recommend you return to the place of purchase.
