How do I get a refund?

If you ordered online at Shop Monrovia 

To request a refund, call (888) 752-6848. If you would like to contact Shop Monrovia via email: shopmonrovia@monrovia.com 

If you purchased the plant at Lowe’s 

Return to the store where you purchased the plant. You can return it for a full refund or exchange for another plant up to 1 year from purchase.  (Lowe's return policy may vary)

If you purchased the plant at an Independent Garden Center 

Return to the retailer where you purchased the plant. Most will give you refund or exchange for another plant within a reasonable time period. 

If you purchased at Farmer’s Market or other location 

We only sell our plants through independent garden centers or Lowe’s. If you bought a plant in a Monrovia container at another location, it’s likely the container was recycled and the plant isn’t ours. We recommend you return to the place of purchase.
