If you have ordered a plant online and would like to know the status of your ShopMonrovia order, you can do so by logging into your account on Monrovia.com or your Holiday Shop account. For other payment or billing questions for your online order, email us at shopmonrovia@monrovia.com and make sure to include your order number. For urgent requests about your order, you can call the phone number on the order confirmation email that you received after purchase. Please reference you order number when calling.
