What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Plant health is our priority. If weather conditions or carrier delays could affect your plants, we may hold your order for safe delivery. You'll be notified of any significant delays.
If your tracking shows delivery, but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors or around your property. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at shopmonrovia@monrovia.com within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier.
