What if my plants arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but sometimes issues occur in transit. If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at shopmonrovia@monrovia.com using Subject Line:  "Plant Issue and (Your Order Number). 

Provide:

  • Clear photos of the plant in its original Monrovia container (overall plant condition, close-ups of any damage or concerns, plant tag visible)
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Confirmation that the plant has not been removed from its container or transplanted
  • Include your order number
