How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and process your claim, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card or loyalty points, the refund will be credited back to your Monrovia account immediately.
