Do you guarantee Holiday plants?

At Monrovia, we take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. That's why we offer our exclusive "Nursery to Door Guarantee" on all Holiday deliveries. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you are not 100% satisfied with any of your plants at the time of delivery, we have you covered.

You have the option to have the unsatisfactory plants or trees replaced at our expense. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, and we want to make it right. Alternatively, if you prefer, we are happy to provide you with a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

To ensure that we can address any concerns promptly, we kindly ask that you inspect your plants within 24 hours of receipt. If you notice anything unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately. In order for a return to be considered, the plant must be in their original container and should not have been removed. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of our products. We want to ensure that you receive the best possible experience with our plants.
